Girls, there were a lot of requests to post this training with a description! Sorry for the delay 🙏 promised? Belatedly, but I am fulfilling the promise! 👌 A huge request: whoever takes the workout to your bookmarks, put ❤ I am happy to share my workouts with you and a very large number of saves, but there are very few likes, you are greedy Likes! 🤷‍♀️ This workout is for those who want to develop gluteal muscles and not swing their legs! 😁 Don’t look at my hips, I specially pump them and make every effort for muscle growth, because I like well-developed hips! 😉 Therefore, in addition to this workout, I have 2 more leg workouts per week! 🙈 So, the description ⚠️ 1️⃣. Abduction of legs in the simulator, drop set: 10 × 10 × 10, 3 sets
2️⃣. Gluteal bridge: 3 × 20 and 25 times finishing with
3️⃣ elastic Leaving the legs back in the crossover, the position of the body is fixed: 3 × 15
4️⃣. Abduction of the legs in the crossover, obliquely, 3 × 15
5️⃣. Leaving the legs sideways in a crossover, 3 × 15
6️⃣. Lead legs back into position on the elbows in turn, in the simulator or in a crossover, 3 × 20,
